This is a complete rewrite and it only supports the latest Photoshop (25.0.0 and up).

The new features are:

• Separate color adjustments for both Glow & Glare.
• Ability to add presets for both Glow & Glare (both have their own presets).
• Better control of the Glare (separate settings for min and max glare size).
• Increased performance.
• Increased accuracy of the Glare.
